A passionate yoga teacher dedicated to helping others discover the transformative power of yoga. With a focus on feel good yoga, my mission is to create a space where students can cultivate inner harmony, peace, and joy through their practice.
I believe that yoga is not just about physical postures; it is a holistic journey of self-discovery and self-care. Experiences
With 8 years of yoga experience and a US certification as a yoga trainer, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my teaching. Throughout my journey, I have dedicated myself to deepening my understanding of yoga and its profound impact on physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Over the past 2 years, I have had the privilege of sharing my passion for yoga as a teacher. Guiding students through feel good yoga flows has been an incredible joy and a fulfilling experience. Witnessing the transformative power of yoga in my students' lives has been deeply rewarding and has inspired me to continue spreading the benefits of this ancient practice.
Through my years of experience, I have honed my skills in creating yoga sequences that prioritize cultivating a sense of inner peace, promoting relaxation, and fostering a positive mindset. I strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment where students of all levels can feel comfortable exploring their practice and connecting with their bodies and breath.
Continuing to expand my knowledge and stay updated with the latest developments in the field of yoga is important to me. I regularly attend workshops and training programs to deepen my understanding and bring fresh insights into my teaching.
